” DR. Mona Refaat, a physician by profession, started her sales career in Kuwait almost 35 years ago by joining Baxter healthcare Co. After which she moved to a leading medical company in Kuwait and worked for 18 years in executive management.

She established Al Shaya Healthcare company for Al Shaya family in 2010 and she has a very well-established contact at all levels in Kuwait and other Arabian gulf region”.
